Erin J. Shea is Associate Editor for Products for Restaurants & Institutions. Before joining the staff in 2003, Shea worked as a regulatory editor for Chicago-based compliance company, Labelmaster, and worked for the Peoria Journal Star and Joliet Herald News newspapers. Shea's first book, "Tales From The Scale: Women Weigh In On Thunder Thighs, Cheese Fries, and Feeling Good ... At Any Size," an anthology of weight-loss stories, was released in May 2005. She lives in Chicago with her husband, Erik.
