Gretchen Drummond is Editorial Projects Coordinator for Restaurants & Institutions, where she has worked since 2001. She has a degree in Radio-TV-Film from California State University, Northridge, and worked for Sunset magazine and Conde Nast Publications in her native Los Angeles. After relocating to Chicago, she was an advertising sales coordinator for Gourmet magazine. In 1997 she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
