A resident of Huntley, Ill., Paulette is Managing Editor of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies. Having joined FE&S in November 1983, her duties include ensuring the timely production of each issue; working with the production and art departments and the editors to lay-out, copy-fit, correct and proofread editorial content; working with the publisher and the sales staff to position ads; and representing the magazine at trade shows and other industry events. Paulette is a co-winner of six Reed Medal of Excellence editorial awards and four ASBPE awards.
