Facility Design Project of the Year
Foodservice Equipment & Supplies' Facility Design Project of the Year honors outstanding achievement in foodservice operation design. Determined by an expert panel of foodservice consultants, winning entries are selected based on:

- Degree to which they contribute to their operation's goals
- Quality and creativity of the solutions to each project's unique challenges
