Blueberry-infused vodka 1 1/2 oz.
Orange liqueur 2 1/2 oz.
Simple syrup 2 1/2 oz.
Sweet-and-sour mix splash
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Sparkling wine 1 oz.
Lemon twist 1
1. Combine vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, sweet-and-sour mix and lemon juice with ice.

2. Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Float sparkling wine on top. Garnish with lemon.
