Charles Bernstein has been editor-at-large of Chain Leader since it was launched eight years ago. He also assists in organizing the Reed Foodservice Summit and other industry events. Bernstein produces the weekly fax, “Inside View,” a restaurant industry newsletter, and is the author of four books, including his latest, Winning the Chain Restaurant Game. He previously served as chief editor of Nation’s Restaurant News for 18 years.
