Mary Boltz Chapman
A foodservice journalist for 15 years, Mary Boltz Chapman shapes and directs Chain Leader’s award-winning editorial content. She joined the magazine in 1997 as managing editor, and took over the role of editor-in-chief in 1999. Chapman authored a chapter on how editors marry content and design in the textbook Best Practices of the Business Press, published by the American Society of Business Publication Editors. She has led General Sessions at IFMA’s COEX, presenting original Chain Leader research, and been on the agenda at conferences by WFF, NAFEM and the Elliot Group. Chapman holds a degree in journalism from the University of St. Francis.
