Labor Booklet Available
The Resource Center for Workforce Solutions, a partnership of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and The Coca-Cola Co., has released a booklet on operators’best labor practices.
The booklet contains information on the best practices of the 2004 Winning Workforce award winners, including Captain D’s, Creative Dining Services, Jamba Juice, K-BOB’s, Monical’s Pizza and The Palm. In addition, the booklet contains essays from several industry leaders offering practical advice on managing operator workforces.
