Tucker Acquires Westchester Assets
M. Tucker, Patterson, N.J., has announced that it has acquired certain assets of Westchester Restaurant Supply.
Westchester, located in Elmsford, N.Y., specializes in tabletop sales, in addition to offering some equipment and supplies.
The firm will operate out of Elmsford under its own name as a stand-alone division of M. Tucker.
According to Marc Fuchs, M. Tucker’s executive vice president, the acquisition of these assets was made in order to help both firms grow.
“ We’ve got a tremendous breadth of product, they’ve got tremendous expertise in tabletop. This will help both companies,”stated Fuchs.
