Operations Survey Deadline Nears
The window for participation in the National Restaurant Association’s Operations Survey is set to expire on Friday, Oct. 15.
The survey seeks from foodservice operators general information on their programs, as well as selected financial data. All surveys are confidential, according to the NRA. The surveys will be used to compile up-to-date restaurant operating statistics.
Operators who participate in the survey will receive a free copy of the report, which retails for $90. They also receive a free six-month subscription to the NRA’s Restaurant TrendMapper, an online data source covering restaurants and the overall economy.
