Northern Parts & Service President Moves To Chairman

Northern Parts & Service, Plattsburgh, N.Y., has announced that its president and owner, Les Miller, stepped down from that post to become the firm’s new chairman, effective Nov. 1.

In this position, the company stated, Miller will focus on long-term strategic planning for Northern.

Taking over as the firm’s new president and CEO is Paul Karkoski, an eight-year company veteran who most recently served as the service agency’s operations manager.

The remainder of the firm’s senior leadership roles are now being filled by Derek Knapp, vice president of Sales and Business Development; Richard Marks, secretary/treasurer and controller; and Steven Miller, vice president of Service Operations.
