Strahman Acquires American Rubber & Metal Hose
Strahman Valves, based in Florham Park, N.J., has announced that it has completed its acquisition of American Rubber & Metal Hose (AR&MH), Carteret, N.J.
AR&MH specializes in the production of metal and Teflon hoses that are utilized in several industries, including foodservice.
Strahman is a manufacturer of wash-down equipment, as well as drain, sampling and specialty processing valves used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical and polymer industries.
