Specifically, the award is based on a chain’s performance in three areas: management retention, employee retention and diversity in the management ranks. The chains receiving this year’s awards were Monical’s Pizza for the QSR segment, CEC Entertainment for the limited-service/fast-casual/family-dining segment, Olive Garden for the full-service casual-dining segment, and Claim Jumper Restaurants for the casual-dining-plus/fine-dining segment.
