Food Service Equipment Sells Ice Distribution Business
Food Service Equipment, based in Gainesville, Ga., has sold its ice distribution business, according to the Nov. 22 edition of the FEDA First Thing newsletter.
The business, which specializes in the wholesale distribution of ice, was sold to Dallas-based Reddy Ice Co. It was started 75 years ago by the father of George Romberg, FSE’s current president.
The sale does not directly affect FSE, FEDA First Thing reported.
