NRAEF Announces Summer Institute Plans

The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation has released the schedule for its 2005 Summer Institutes.

The Summer Institute educational program is designed to provide professional and technical instruction to faculty of post-secondary restaurant and foodservice programs.

This year there will be 12 five-day Summer Institute sessions.

Level I sessions will be held from June 13 through June 17 at California Polytechnic Institute in Pamona, Calif.; June 20 through June 24 at Washington State University in Pullman, Wash., as well as at Kendall College in Chicago; June 27 through July 1 at the Art Institute of Atlanta; and July 11 through 15 at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.

Level II Sessions will be conducted from June 6 through June 10 at Johnson & Wales University in Miami; June 13 through 17 at Virginia Tech University in Arlington, Va.; June 20 through June 24 at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C.; and June 27 through July 1 at Kendall College in Chicago.

Level III sessions are scheduled for June 13 through June 17 at Johnson & Wales University in Miami; June 20 through June 24 at Virginia Tech University in Arlington, Va.; and June 27 through July 1 at Johnson & Wales University in Denver.
