CFESA Introduces New Dues Structure
CFESA has announced that it is changing its dues structure to reflect the different sizes of its member companies.
Under the new arrangement, yearly CFESA membership dues will range from $750 for companies with annual revenue of less than $1 million to $2,800 for service agencies with more than $18 million in annual revenue. The new dues program will be put in place for CFESA’s 2005 fiscal year, which begins on March 1, 2005.
According to CFESA, several factors influenced the decision to change its dues structure. For example, consolidation among member companies is expected to continue, which will result in fewer paying members. In addition, larger members are more likely to take advantage of the services offered by the organization than smaller members, and some smaller service agencies find the cost of membership under the current dues structure prohibitive.
In announcing the new dues plan, the organization noted that “all other allied associations maintain a sized-based scale for membership dues.”
