Chicago-Area Rep Groups Merge

PRF Marketing, Oak Brook, Ill., and Foodservice Concepts, Wheeling, Ill., have announced their merger, effective Jan. 3.

The merged company, which operates under the name of PRF Marketing, now reps equipment, smallwares and tabletop items and makes its headquarters in Oak Brook, Ill. The firm closed the Wheeling location, which was home to the former Foodservice Concepts.

According to Lisa Berkowitz, one of PRF’s principals, the firms merged in order to provide better rep coverage in MAFSI Territory 17, which covers portions of Illinois and Wisconsin.
