Steve Whiteley Passes

Stephen Whiteley, president of Enodis-owned Lincoln Foodservice Group, died on Jan. 23 in Fort Wayne, Ind., following a short illness. The 49-year old Whiteley is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; son, Stuart; and other members of his family.

A native of Poole, England, Whiteley joined Enodis in 1999 as vice president of operations for Lincoln and was promoted to president in 2000. Enodis is expected to announce his successor in the coming weeks.

“ Our entire Enodis family is saddened by the loss of Steve Whiteley,” said David McCulloch, CEO of Enodis. “Steve leaves a legacy of stellar accomplishments and outstanding leadership at Lincoln and Enodis. He brought great energy to the organization of Lincoln Foodservice Group, generating and implementing new ideas that created manufacturing, product and market opportunities for Lincoln.”

Services for Whiteley are scheduled for Friday. Donations in his memory can be made to the American Red Cross or the American Cancer Society.
