Rowe Resigns From QualServ
Charles Rowe resigned as leader of the QualServ dealer roll-up.
The firm is conducting a search for a new CEO but has not announced a timeline for making an appointment.
In the interim, David Gordon, partner, portfolio management, with The Riverside Co., is leading QualServ. The Riverside Co. is the private equity firm that acquired QualServ last July.
“Chuck resigned at the beginning of January,” said Gordon. “It was a personal decision. Everybody at some point in life decides they want to do something different and that’s what happened here. We parted as friends.”
Rowe is assisting QualServ’s executive team during the transition, Gordon added.
