Town Food Service Sold

According to published reports, Charles Suss, president and owner of Town Food Service Equipment Co., New York City, has sold the maker of cooking equipment for Asian-style operations to the Pavlovich brothers, who operate a manufacturing facility in New York.

Town now produces a majority of its products at the Pavlovich’s facility. Town moved its offices, warehouse and rice cooker production were moved to its previous factory location in Brooklyn.

Despite the sale, the manufacturer’s staff remains unchanged, with Charles Suss continuing on as president, Peter Celeste as national sales manager and Sincere Chan as head of equipment sales.
