Sodexho Subsidiary Plans Expansion
Sodexo spun-off its Retail Brand Group division into a wholly owned subsidiary with plans to expand by up to 250 units in the next 15 months.
The Retail Brand Group consists of eight fast-casual concepts and operates 350 units on college campuses, hospitals and in corporate environments.
As a subsidiary of Sodexho, the firm plans to open 150-to-250 franchised stores at stand-alone locations, shopping centers, strip malls, airports and other venues in the next 12-to-15 months.
“ By gaining access to the broader consumer base, we’ll be able to accelerate our growth at an even faster pace than before,”said RBG President Damon Liever.
