Sodexho Realigns Management
Pierre Bellon will step down as chief executive officer of Paris-based Sodexho Alliance on Sept. 1.
Michael Landel, one of the firm’s two chief operating officers, will replace Bellon as CEO. Bellon will continue to serve as chairman of the company.
Jean-Michel Dhenain, the company’s other chief operating officer, will retire at the end of 2005, at which time he will work as an adviser to Sodexho.
According to the company, the changes were made in order “to enhance the efficiency and cohesiveness of the Sodexho Group.”
