Kitchen Innovation Exhibitors Announced
The National Restaurant Association named the manufacturers who will exhibit in the first-ever Kitchen Innovation Pavilion at the upcoming National Restaurant Association Show.
The pavilion is dedicated to displaying the most innovative equipment in the foodservice industry, as judged by an independent panel of foodservice consultants and multi-unit operators.
In all, 16 companies have been selected to exhibit in the pavilion:

- Fluke (formerly Raytek)
- Hobart
- Leodoro/Swiss Coffee Systems
- Lincoln

- Sann Enterprises
- TurboChef Technologies
- Vent Master
Dealers visiting the Kitchen Innovation Pavilion will be given the opportunity to vote on the most innovative new product at the show. The Dealers' Choice Award will be presented at Foodservice Equipment & Supplies’ Dealer of the Year Awards Banquet, scheduled for the Saturday evening of the show, May 21.
