Univex Appoints New CEO

Univex Corp., Salem, N.H., named Wendy Eaton its new president and CEO.

Eaton is a 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry. She most recently served as chairman of Univex’s board of directors.

She replaces Richard Pereira, a long-time employee of Univex. Pereira will continue to work with the firm in a consulting role.
