Countertop Equipment Maker Launches

Belleco Inc., a new manufacturer focusing on countertop cooking and holding equipment, officially opened its doors on April 1.

Russ Bellerose, a former general manager of Holman Cooking Equipment, serves as Belleco’s chairman and CEO.

The company, which is set to exhibit at the during the National Restaurant Association Show, May 21 - May 24 in Chicago, operates out of a 52,000-square-foot facility in Gorham, Maine.

The firm’s initial manufacturing efforts are focused on conveyor toasters, and it will expand to additional items as demand presents itself, said Chief Financial Officer Kevin Roche.
