Win-Holt Acquires Southern Perfection Fabrication
Garden City, N.Y.-based Win-Holt Equipment Group acquired Southern Perfection Fabrication, located in Byron, Ga.
According to Howard Lind, president and CEO of Win-Holt, the acquisition provides the company with greater geographic coverage of the United States.
“Southern’s Georgia facility will allow us to better serve customers in the growing southeastern United States. Adding Southern’s Georgia facility to our three existing locations gives Win-Holt complete national coverage, which will allow us to lower freight and logistics costs for our customers.”
Gordon Hale, president and owner of Southern Perfection, will remain with the firm as president of Win-Holt’s Southern Perfection operation.
