Marmon Acquires Alexander-Otto

Marmon Retail Services acquired Grand Junction, Colo.-based Alexander-Otto Co., an installer and services of fixtures, displays and millwork.

Alexander-Otto employs more than 50 installation crews across the United States.

Marmon Retail Services offers retail display equipment, foodservice equipment and supply chain management services.

Alexander-Otto’s services can be paired with the offerings of Store Opening Solutions, a Marmon subsidiary focusing on the logistics of opening and remodeling retail outlets, to provide a “one source” solution for major retail outlet work.

Chilton Alexander and Doug Otto continue to lead Alexander-Otto as president and general manager, respectively.
