FE&S Tabletop Competition Deadline Nears

Foodservice Equipment & Supplies will continue to accept entries for its 2005 Table Performance Awards through July 15. Entry forms are available at foodservice411.com/fesmag/tabletop.

The annual awards recognize excellence in tabletop design in five categories: independent restaurants with a per-person check average less than $30; independent restaurants with a per-person check average more than $30; on-site foodservice, such as schools and B&I operations; catering/banquet facilities; and clubs/resorts.

FE&S’ judges will evaluate the entries on how well they support an operation’s concept or theme and their functionality. Ideal submissions will include information on an operation’s specific goal and how the dealer or consultant responded to meet this goal.
