Atlantic Store Fixtures Sold

General Services Inc. of Medford, Mass., acquired FEDA dealer Atlantic Store Fixtures, Woburn, Mass.

GSI has served as a distributor of food processing equipment and supplies for more than 70 years. In the 1980s, they expanded their customer base to include supermarkets. The acquisition of Atlantic marks the company’s entry into the traditional foodservice E&S dealer space.

Very little of the dealer’s operations appears to be changing as a result of the acquisition. Its leadership will remain the same and it will continue to operate out of its 10,000-square-foot facility in Woburn.
