FCSI Adds Fellows, Announces Award Winners

During its North American Division Conference in Anaheim, Calif. , the Foodservice Consultants Society International recognized a series of industry members.

Michael Johnson, president of Hilliker Associates in Atlanta, and Leif Torne, head of Torne Consulat AB in Goeteborg , Sweden, were named FCSI Fellows for their contributions to the society and the industry. In addition, Fedel Bauccio, CEO and co-founder of Bon Appetit, received the organization’s Trendsetter Award in recognition of his career accomplishments.
