Alto-Shaam Names Canadian Sales Manager, European GM

Alto-Shaam announced a pair of industry veterans will assume senior executive positions in its Canadian and European operations. Claudio Baldinelli was named national sales manager for Alto-Shaam Canada and Martin Frickus was appointed to the newly created position of general manager for Alto-Shaam Europe.

Baldinelli previously served as director of international sales with the Garland Group in Canada, where he garnered experience in Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe . He has tapped Tom Field to serve as the corporate chef for Alto-Shaam Canada . Field will operate out of the company’s Concord , Ontario, location.

Frickus oversees the management of Alto-Shaam GmbH ( Germany ), Alto-Shaam International France, and controls the entire distributor network throughout Europe . He most recently worked with Kiremko B.V., the European manufacturer of high-volume fryers.
