First Watch Names Regional VPs, Opens Location
First Watch, the privately held daytime-only concept, opened its 53rd store, this one in Bonita Springs, Fla. In addition, the company named three new regional vice presidents that will help support the company’s growth plans.
The Bonita Springs store measures approximately 3,500-square-feet and seats 120 inside and another 16 on the patio.
First Watch’s trio of new vice presidents were promoted from operations directors. Those climbing the First Watch corporate ladder include: Rod Hennig, now regional vice president – Kansas and Missouri; David Lynch, regional vice president – Florida; and Paul Pendery, regional vice president – Ohio, Kentucky and California. With profit and loss responsibilities, regional vice presidents recruit and develop management staff and have operational oversight for the res-taurants in their territories.
