Win-Holt Buys Texas Custom Metal Works

Win-Holt Equipment Group has acquired stainless-steel fabricator Texas Custom Metal Works, located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Darrell Johnson and Jeff Taylor, owners of Texas Custom, will join Win-Holt, with the responsibility to operate and grow the custom stainless business.

Texas Custom has experience in designing, manufacturing and installing custom stainless-steel kitchens, counters and food preparation areas. The company produces complete custom stainless kitchens, including refrigeration and UL-approved wiring for hot sections.
