NRA Seeks Submissions for ‘06 Pavilion

The National Restaurant Association is accepting product entries for its second-annual Kitchen Innovations Pavilion. An independent panel of industry experts representing multi-unit operators and design companies will review all the entries and select those they deem to be truly innovative for display in the Kitchen Innovations Pavilion at the NRA Show, May 20-23, 2006, in Chicago.

The deadline for exhibiting manufacturers to submit a product for consideration is Nov. 18. The NRA will announce those products that have earned a Kitchen Innovations Award early next year.

The multi-unit operator judges are: Martin Cowley (Sr. Mgr. Restaurant Design, Disneyland Resort), Rick Gentry (Director Technical Services, ARAMARK), Robert Forrester (V.P. Concept Development, Quiznos Subs), Robert Gentry (Director Corporate Infrastructure, Darden Restaurants Inc.), and Robert Marshall (V.P. U.S. Operations, McDonald's Corp.).

The design company judges are: William Eaton (President, Cini-Little International), John Egnor (President, JEM Associates), Robert Pacifico (Executive V.P. Romano/Gatland), and Kathleen Seelye (President Foodservice, Ricca-Newmark Design).
