IHOP Franchisees to Develop 46 New Restaurants

IHOP Corp. announced that franchisees signed agreements to build 46 new restaurants over the next 11 years. These agreements provide for the development of new IHOP restaurants in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina and Wisconsin.

As of the end of the third quarter 2005, the company's franchise pipeline included signed or optioned commitments for franchisees to develop a total of 377 new IHOP restaurants over the next 11 years.
