Qdoba Hires First R&D Director

Qdoba Mexican Grill named Ted Stoner its director of strategic product development. In his new role, Stoner will lead the 260-unit chain’s efforts in the area of menu development.

Over the course of his nearly 20-year career, Stoner has held a variety of positions and his experience spans from restaurant management to corporate chef. He most recently worked with Rock Bottom Restaurants (RBR) Inc. as a commodity buyer, a manager of distribution and a manager of purchasing.
