Management Changes for O’Charley’s

O'Charley's Inc. announced several management changes. Steven Hislop has resigned as president of the company’s O’Charley’s concept and Richard May will step down as the company’s chief strategy officer at the end of the month.

A search for Hislop’s replacement is underway. In the interim, O'Charley's Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gregory L. Burns will also serve as president of the same named concept.

Lawrence Hyatt, the company's CFO, will assume May’s role.
