New Franchise V.P. for Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs, a 2005 FE&S Chain Operator All-Star, named Gregory Brown manager of franchise compliance. Brown oversees the 200-unit chain’s franchise compliance department.

Prior to joining Firehouse, Brown served as vice president of Mid-America Roly Poly where he managed administrative staff, sales associates and training teams for the restaurant chain. Brown also assisted more than 100 Roly Poly franchise locations with operational issues and marketing plans, as well as implementing business strategies and determining future site selections. Brown is also a former franchise owner and consultant with Noble Romans Pizza.
