North American Commercial Parts and Service Continues California Expansion

North American Commercial Parts and Service, a holding company of regional businesses that provides repair service and replacement parts for foodservice equipment, has acquired P & D Appliance Service Center Inc. of Northern California. With headquarters in South San Francisco, P & D services the Bay Area, including San Jose and Oakland.

P & D has a second location in North Highlands, servicing the Sacramento area.

North American Commercial Parts & Service also owns: Industrial Electric Commercial Parts & Service Inc. in Huntington Beach, Calif., which services Southern California; A-Tech Commercial Parts & Service Inc. in Windsor, Conn., which services all of New England; and Commercial Appliance Parts & Service Inc. in Tampa, Fla., which services much of Florida with branch offices in Jacksonville, Northport, Orlando and the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area.
