Enodis Acquires Frau Companies

Enodis announced the acquisition of the Frau Group, a distributor of ice machines and combi ovens based in Madrid and Barcelona, Spain. The acquisition will allow Enodis to sell its products in the Spanish market, as well as distribute Frau Group equipment in the United States.

“The acquisition will give us critical mass in the important Spanish market, not only within the product areas currently focused on by Frau but also with a number of other products,” said Dave McCulloch, chief executive officer of Enodis.
