Chain Expansion Report

Abuelo’s, Bennigan’s and Kona Grill release expansion information.

• Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy Restaurants opened a location in Lexington, Ky., the chain’s second location in that state.
• Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern opened a restaurant in Island Park, N.Y., this week.
• Kona Grill Inc. opened a restaurant in Dallas, bringing the total number of locations to 10 overall.
