Mobile Fixture Expands to Tennessee

Mobile Fixture & Equipment Co. Inc. opened a new location just outside Nashville, Tenn., at 225a Industrial Blvd. in La Vergne. The 22,000-square-foot facility consists of a 10,000-square-foot showroom and a full test kitchen, and the phone number is 3.

Mobile Fixture President and CEO Walne Donald decided to expand based on the success he’s had with his dealership in Mobile, Ala., and because he believes there is a tremendous potential for growth in the Nashville market. Donald said he plans to work with both chain and independent restaurants as well as non-commercial segments like nursing homes, hospitals and schools.

The dealership also announced the hiring of Dorothy Mushenski, who will manage key accounts out of the Nashville office. Mushenski has more than 12 years experience in the industry and previously worked at Logan’s Roadhouse where she managed equipment purchasing and concept development.
