Arc International and Pasabahce Announce Joint Venture

Global glassware makers Arc International and Turkey-based Pasabahce announced the creation of a joint venture to distribute a new line of glassware products called “Elemental” in the United States and the Caribbean. The new company, called APFS, will begin operations on July 1.

Distribution will take place in an existing warehouse in Wayne, N.J., which is currently operated by Cardinal Glass, a division of Arc. Company executives said the reason for the joint venture was to strengthen both companies. The two companies are planning a similar venture in China.
