Hobart Launches Web Site for K-12 Schools

Hobart/Traulsen introduced a new web site targeted at K-12 school foodservice directors that offers information regarding food safety and related topics. The address is www.traulsen.com/haccp.

The site provides information about Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliance, features commonly asked questions about regulations and provides a discussion forum for directors. Schools participating in national school lunch and/or breakfast programs are required to implement a food safety program based on HACCP principles.
