DSR of the Year Award
During its annual awards gala, which takes place during the NRA Show in Chicago, Foodservice Equipment & Supplies recognizes one of the industry's most accomplished Dealer Sales Reps with this first-of-its-kind award. The FE&S DSR of the Year helps set the industry standard for individuals in helping meet company and customer needs. In doing so, the DSR of the Year demonstrates:
- Outstanding salesmanship and customer service
- Strong customer relationships based on trust and partnership
- Leadership in their company's sales team
- Financial performance that benefits the dealership
FE&S uncovers this individual's practices and beliefs that fuel their success in a special profile, which serves as the magazine's December cover story.
FE&S named Dawn Ragsdale of Strategic Equipment and Supply’s Scruggs Division its 2005 DSR of the Year. A 19-year industry veteran, Ragsdale has been described by her customers, colleagues and channel partners as a consummate professional, knowledgeable representative and trusted partner. Ragsdale’s sales doubled from 2003 to 2004. She is now on pace for another year of solid growth, with 2005 sales projected to be well into eight figures.
