Facility Design Project of the Year
Foodservice Equipment & Supplies' Facility Design Project of the Year honors outstanding achievement in foodservice operation design. Determined by an expert panel of foodservice consultants, winning entries are selected based on:
- Overall efficiency
- Degree to which they contribute to their operation's goals
- Quality and creativity of the solutions to each project's unique challenges

The 2005 Facility Design Project of the Year award was presented to Ah Sin, from the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Creative design and layout solutions applied to a challenging space and the inclusion of specialties from China, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and France with well-selected E&S are among the accolades the judges cited.
