Watlow Announces Additions to Management Team
St. Louis-based Watlow added three individuals to its management team. Chris Eichmann becomes vice president of sales; Sam Sked, co-director of North American sales; and Scott Voumard, global demand and operations planning manager.
Eichmann becomes responsible for increasing share in Watlow’s current markets and penetrating new markets. Eichmann comes to Watlow from Kurz-Kasch Inc., a division of Dover Corp., where he was director of sales.
In his new role, Sked assists Tom Desloge in supporting the field sales force. He also is responsible for growing Watlow’s western portion of the North American market. He most recently was the global accounts manager for Kurz-Kasch Inc., a manufacturer of solenoids and electronic sensing devices.
Voumard will develop supply chain/materials management processes and ensure that these processes are implemented and applied consistently across Watlow. This includes demand management and forecasting, capacity planning, material planning, revenue planning and inventory planning – all of which are incorporated in the sales and operations planning process. He will also take the lead on material replenishment systems development in support of the TQMS acceleration implementation.
