Rusinko New VP of Marketing for Rubio’s

Carlsbad, Calif.-based Rubio's Restaurants Inc. named Lawrence Rusinko vice president of marketing. Rusinko comes to Rubio's from Friendly Ice Cream Corp. where he served as senior vice president of marketing.

Prior to working at Friendly’s, Rusinko served as vice president of marketing for Panera Bread Co., for eight years. During his tenure, Panera grew to nearly 500 locations from 39. Ear-lier in his career, Rusinko served in various marketing management roles during his six years at Taco Bell Corp.
