New President and CEO for Cirelli Foods

As part of a series of management-related announcements, New England broadliner Cirelli Foods promoted Jay Cirelli to president and CEO from executive vice president. The company also announced David Bailey has been promoted to senior vice president.

In addition, John Kelleher will serve as Cirelli Foods’ vice president and chief information officer.

Ray LeBlanc, the company’s previous president and CEO, announced plans to leave Cirelli Foods to join the senior management team at Perkins Paper Inc., Taunton, Mass. LeBlanc was with Cirelli for more than eight years.
