BEVCORe Aquires Northern Parts & Service

BEVCORe, an Osseo,Minn.- based beverage parts distributor, has acquired Northern Parts & Service, a commercial foodservice equipment OEM parts distributor. Key members of Northern’s management team will remain in place and continue to fully operate their customer contact center, training center and distribution center from its Plattsburgh, N.Y., facility.

Those making the transition include Derek Knapp, V.P. of sales and business development; Paul Karkoski, V.P. of customer care and technical support; and Richard Marks, V.P. of finance.
